What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made of 100% soy-based wax that is biodegradable. Each candle is non-toxic, vegan, cruelty free, paraffin free and petroleum-free.
What are your diffusers made of?
Our diffusers are made of premium fragrance oils. Each diffuser is non-toxic, vegan, cruelty free, paraffin free and petroleum-free.
How strong are your scents?
All the scents we offer are very fragrant-full. The scents aren’t overpowering and are more subtle.
How long does it take for you to process orders?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 days or sooner. If we have a big influx of orders or sale sometimes our processing time may take up to 5 days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from the courier service.
We use primarily USPS and FEDEX for shipping.
How can I update my order?
We apologize but once orders are submitted, we can’t accept any changes. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states. Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS.
International shipping is available through our FEDEX shipping provider.
What is your current return policy?
We absolutely value all our customers and providing satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items and gift cards.
